2 cans (29 oz. each) peach halves
2 cinnamon sticks
22 whole cloves
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar

Drain peaches, reserving 1 cup juice. Set peaches aside. In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, reserved peach juice and spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Cool slightly.

Place the peaches in a large bowl or jar. Pour sauce over peaches and stir. Cover and refrigerate for 2 days, stirring occasionally. Serve and enjoy!
