Main Dish > Porchetta a la Crock Pot

• 3 lbs. Boneless Pork (off Loin/Ends)
• 1 - cup Olive Oil
• 4 tablespoons Crushed/Powdered Rosemary
• 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Rosemary
• 1 bulb Chopped Fresh Garlic, chopped
• 3 tablespoons Basil
• Fresh Cracked Black Pepper (cover liberally)
• Salt

• Place in Crock-pot on HIGH x 1 ½ hours
• Cook an additional 5 hours at LOW – Turning occasionally
