Main Dish > Stuffed Shell Gambino

2 pounds Ground Beef
½ box (1/2 pound) Jumbo Pasta Shells
1 bag (6-8 oz.) Fresh Spinach
2 cups Onion
8 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Egg
12 oz. Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic
2 teaspoons Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Salt
16 oz. Tomato Sauce

 Boiled Jumbo Pasta Shells. Rinse and allow to cool.
 Finely chop Fresh Spinach after removing stems.
 Finely chop Onions.
 Brown Ground Beef in a skillet and drain excess oil.

 Once Ground Beef is browned, add Salt, Pepper, Granulated Garlic, Olive Oil, Spinach and Onions. Cooked in the skillet for around 10 minutes. Then remove Ground Beef mixture and place in large mixing bowl and allow to cool!

 After Ground Beef mixture has cooled, add Egg and 8 oz. (not 12oz.) Ricotta and blend together with a spatula or spoon.

 Placed a thin layer of Tomato Sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9 glass baking dish.

 Now, Fill each shell with the Ground Beef & Ricotta mixture in the Pasta Shells and place in the baking dish.

 Cover the shells with the remaining Sauce and dollop the dish with the remaining 4 oz. Ricotta. Cover with plastic wrap. Then cover with aluminum foil. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
