Main Dish > Spezatto (Veal......the best ever!)

• 2 Green Peppers fried in pan with Mushrooms (6 large, sliced), Onions (1 medium, chopped) in Olive Oil and Butter
• Season with Salt & Pepper
• In a separate pan sauté #3 Veal Cubes (from the rump) in Olive Oil and Chopped Garlic (fresh – 8 cloves, chopped)
• Combine all ingredients into pot (or crock pot) with 1/2 small can of good Tomato Sauce.
• Add Bay Leaves and Salt to taste
• Cook until Veal is tender
