2 15.5 oz. cans Black Beans, drained
3 Roma Tomatoes, diced & drained
1 16 oz, Trader Joe’s Fire-Roasted Corn Kernels
1/2 Medium Onion, chopped fine
¼ Bell Pepper, chopped
½ Cup, fresh Jalapeno Peppers, chopped fine

½ Teaspoon, Garlic Salt
1 Cup, Wishbone Italian Dressing
¾ Cup, Chopped Cilantro (fresh)

1. Mix beans, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper and jalapeno peppers in a large bowl.
2. Season with garlic salt, add dressing and cilantro. Tossing to coat.
3. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until ready.
