Mix together:
¾ cup soy sauce
¾ cup catsup
¼ cup olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon cilantro or oregano or both

I also like to add a touch of liquid smoke and any other spice you may like.

Marinade meat as much as you would like, but we put ours in a vacuum system that pulls the marinade into the meat. Marinate it over night or for about a couple of hours; the more the better.
