Soups > Chicken and Gnocchi Florentine Soup

In large Pan cook 3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts or Unless you are using left over chicken you may have (I used leftover homemade chicken strips, breading and all)


1 tablespoon seasoned Salt Supreme Tradition ($1.00 Store)

1 tablespoon minced dry onion

One large 28 oz can diced Tomatoes, juice and all (I used Corina from $1 store)

2 28 OZ cans of water with Bouillon mixed in

2 tablespoons Powered Chicken Flavored Broth ($1.00 Store)

If using uncooked chicken Simmer the chicken until tender and chop in small bite size pieces

Add Tomatoes, beans, chicken broth and water, minced onion carrots and gnocchi, minced onion

One 15.5 oz Can Safeway brand Cannellini Beans drained

one package Gnocchi Caputo $1.oo store

3 peeled and shredded fresh carrots

1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

1 Tablespoon Paprika

Cook on medium heat stirring occasionally so as not to stick to pan until carrots are tender about 15 minutes

pour in crock pot to keep hot , before serving add crème cheese and allow to melt into soup, stir well and serve.

(I also had some leftover fried potatoes I chopped fine and threw in)

Add the crème Cheese 30 minutes or so before serving, when it starts to melt mix good and serve
